We are looking for a/an:

Production Worker for Coils and Linear Drives

Location: Cluj-Napoca
Division: Coils and Linear Drives
Entity: SFC Energy Power SRL

As a colleague in the production team you will assemble the products developed by the company, consisting of coils and linear motors. We are progressively expanding our activities and recruiting new colleagues, so we are looking forward to your application!

In your role you will be:

• supporting the daily production process in all its diversity, taking into account the work instructions mentioned in the product documentation;
• checking, testing and measuring with specific tools the mechanical and electronic components used in the assembly process;
• analyzing the failure pattern, in case of defects, and determining appropriate troubleshooting measures;
• following the daily and weekly production plan;
• ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment, and its maintenance.

What your background should look like:

• have a technical educational background or diploma (mechanics, electromechanics, electrical, electronics);
• previous experience in production/ assembly, technological processes or the production sector;
• ability to read a technical drawing;
• you are organized, self-disciplined, dexterous, patient, attentive regarding work tasks, and used to working within a team;
• English skills at a beginner level (are considered an advantage).
