SFC is operating from its R&D and manufacturing locations in Almelo, The Netherlands and Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We are looking for a/an:

HR Business Partner/Team Lead


Location: Cluj-Napoca

The purpose of your job is to oversee the HR team’s activities and ensure that the contributions are consistent with our organizational policies and business needs.

You will contribute to and execute an HR agenda that aligns with the business objectives while overseeing the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, compensation & benefits administration, performance and growth, learning, and talent management).

You will also be expected to assess the engagement of our employees and address their concerns by serving as a liaison between our colleagues, team leads, and senior leads.


What are your responsibilities?

• Monitor the HR team daily and establish a good working relationship with all members to maximize productivity;
• Plan and organize various recruitment activities independently, utilizing different recruitment channels;
• Collaborate with business departments to develop and maintain recruitment and interview methodologies; Collaborate with the management team to highlight areas for improvement in risk management by recommending and implementing strategies for HR process advancement;
• Act as an internal consultant to Senior/Team leads on all Human Resources strategies, initiatives, and issues;
• Lead and partner on internal HR process improvement and key strategic initiatives projects.


What should your background look like?

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources studies, or other related fields;
• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Talent Acquisition Senior, used to working in an international (matrix) organization;
• Experience in and/or knowledge of organizational development, change management, employee relations, and leadership development is appreciated;
• Have the potential and ambition to implement our human resource strategy and programs into practice;
• Have a track record in HR, especially in recruiting, of at least three years recently;
• Bring with you sufficient generic HR knowledge (e.g., legal aspects, contracts);
• Know yourself well enough through your previous working experience, and to have both the talent and ambition to further develop yourself as a senior HR Business Partner;
• Master English at an Advanced level – C1;
• Practice great communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written). Confidentiality is your 2nd nature. Of course, you can interact with all levels of the organization professionally. And you can develop relationships across functional teams because of your strong interpersonal skills;
• Know how to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
