We are looking for a/an:

HR Admin & Payroll Specialist


Location: Cluj-Napoca

Contract duration: a fixed period of two years, with the option of an indefinite extension.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as an HR Administration and Payroll Specialist. You will be in charge of payroll accuracy and employee database administration from hire to exit, for both the enterprises located in our Cluj plant.

Your role will include a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new and existing employees.

You will be the backbone of the HR department, playing a key role in hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, payroll, as well as maintaining critical HR operations.


What are your responsibilities?

• Prepare and manage employee hiring documents and files, including contracts, annexes/addendums, and so on;
• End-to-end monthly payroll processing introducing all data into the REVISAL system and preparing all monthly payroll forms;
• Deliver employee certificates, prepare and deliver reports, and complete client-specific analyses;
• Conduct monthly payroll and bonuses reviews, statistics, and reports;
• Ensure that a variety of HR administrative duties are handled properly and under general guidelines;
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts, as well as sensitive and confidential information;
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new employees, including office tours and document signings;
• Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition;
• Provide support to the HR team in various projects, such as recruitment, performance evaluation, etc.


What should your background look like?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably in payroll, employee administration, employee relations, and compensation and benefits;
• Demonstrable up-to-date knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and payroll processes;
• MS Office suite operating skills at a relevant level; experience with specific payroll software applications (preferably Saga);
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; the capacity to manage and prioritize several tasks, adhere to deadlines, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment;
• Confident approach, self-motivation, proactive attitude, and ability to work in teams;
• Practice great communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written). Confidentiality is your 2nd nature. Of course, you can interact with all levels of the organization professionally. And you can develop relationships across functional teams because of your strong interpersonal skills;
• Good level of English, verbal and written;
