SFC is operating from its R&D and manufacturing locations in Almelo, The Netherlands and Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We are looking for a/an:

Product Compliance Analyst


Location: Cluj-Napoca
Entity: SFC Clean Energy SRL

As a Product Compliance Analyst, you will ensure that all SFC products adhere to legal regulatory standards, internal procedures, and policies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating compliance programs, as well as documenting and recommending process changes. Experience with policy and law in manufacturing is highly valued.


What are your responsibilities?

• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Purchasing teams to maintain product compliance and prevent issues;
• Upload the product’s complete bill of materials (BOM) into the software to ensure compliance;
• Monitor product data throughout its lifecycle to ensure compliance with current and upcoming regulations;
• Responsible for managing product compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including customers;
• Assist in implementing internal standards and collaborating with all functional stakeholders to ensure compliance;
• Collaborate with internal departments to trigger ECMs for new or changed regulations;
• Manage and coordinate product compliance certifications.


What should your background look like?

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering – Technical University (technical background);
• A minimum of 3 years of similar experience, preferably in a production company; used to working in an international (matrix) organization;
• Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures; familiar with process improvement methodologies and procurement policies;
• Microsoft Office Package knowledge (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook);
• Good English communication skills (both oral and written); German is a plus;
• Organized individual with excellent time-keeping and strong analytical thinking;
• Drive and determination, proactive approach to solving matters and finding solutions;
• Persistent and structured, with a goal-oriented approach to work;
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our locations in Brunnthal (Germany) and Almelo (the Netherlands) and/or to external stakeholders.
