We are looking for a/an:

Stagiair Business Administration & Control Specialist

Location: Almelo, the Netherlands

Tijdens je stage zal je:

• De verwerking en vastlegging van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden verzorgen, zoals het verwerken van de dagafschriften en het boeken van journaalposten;
• Maandelijks bepaalde kosten ten behoeve van maandelijkse rapportages specificeren;
• Inkomende facturen controleren en onduidelijkheden met de betreffende afdeling afstemmen;
• Openstaande vorderingen controleren en bekijken;
• Openstaande (complexere) vorderingen opvolgen; door het nabellen en aanmanen van debiteuren volgens richtlijnen;
• Betalingsafspraken met debiteuren maken volgens richtlijnen of deze met de Finance Director bespreken;
• In het systeem registreren wanneer debiteuren toezeggen te betalen en dit controleren; het de leidinggevende melden voor zover een debiteur zich niet aan de toezegging houdt.
