Quality Technician Assistant


Location: Cluj-Napoca
Division: Power Supply Solutions

The Quality Technician Assistant’s main purpose will be to support the RMA team in conducting testing and repair procedures for different power supplies. This is a 6 month fixed term position. In your role, you will interact with seniors to acquire knowledge of the industry and products. Your responsibilities require knowledge, passion and curiosity for electronics, and a very practical mindset.


In your role you will be:

• Preparing test equipment for testing procedures;
• Disassembling mechanical and electronic parts of power supplies and electrical cabinets;
• Troubleshooting failures of defective products under the supervision of seniors;
• Drafting reports, following check-lists and necessary documentation for the tested products;
• Performing basic maintenance on test setups and laboratory equipment;
• Proposing improvements for internal processes, testing methods, and equipment.
• Validating information from technical documentation;


What should your background look like?

• Graduated from a high school/ university with a technical profile (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanics);
• Knowledge of measuring and testing equipment;
• Applied knowledge of electronics;
• Ability to perform technical and non-technical tasks and processes;
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude;
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge at a beginning level;
• English skills at a medium level with basic email communication skills.
