We are looking for a/an:

Production Worker for Fuel Cells

Location: Cluj-Napoca
Entity: SFC Clean Energy SRL

As a Production Worker of Fuels Cells you will be part of the Clean Energy Team and will take on the production of some of the products developed by the company, by preassembling and assembling hydrogen and/or methanol fuel cells. We are progressively expanding our activities and recruiting new colleagues, so we are looking forward to your application!

In your role you will be:

• supporting the daily production process in all its diversity, taking into account the work instructions mentioned in the product documentation;
• ensuring the products comply with quality standards;
• analyzing the failure pattern, in case of defects, and determining appropriate troubleshooting measures;
• following the daily and weekly production plan;
• ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment, and its maintenance.

What your background should look like:

• technical educational background or diploma (mechanics, electromechanics, electrical, electronics);
• previous experience in production/ assembly, quality standards, technological processes, and technical quality standards (constitutes an advantage);
• you are organized, self-disciplined, and used to working within a team;
• English skills at a medium level;
• availability to travel to Germany, during the first 6 months of activity, to understand and learn the production process.
