Maintenance Technician

SFC is operating from its R&D and manufacturing locations in Almelo, The Netherlands and Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We are looking for a person with initiative and good technical skills to join the SFC Cluj team as a Maintenance Technician. Your role will be to support the activity within the facility, by actively participating in the necessary maintenance operations.
• Ensure preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of all machines and equipment within the company, in accordance with the company’s quality and safety procedures; • Adjust and check the measuring instruments used in the production area; • Effectively diagnose and repair machinery/equipment in the production area (winding machines, testing equipment, molds, ovens, other tools, etc.); • You ensure the necessary maintenance activities for the facility: maintenance of electrical, pneumatic equipment, lighting fixtures, interior electrical installations, etc.; • Perform the technical operations necessary to remedy the defects/emergencies that have arisen, which are within your competence, in the shortest possible time; • Create and update the maintenance plan and maintenance documents; • You put forward proposals for improvement, and collaborate, with the head of the department, on the preparation and implementation of the proposals into work procedures; • Maintain contact with external service providers, offering them permanent assistance, in order to fix problems that arise with the machines and equipment in the facility.
• Secondary education/vocational school, technical profile (Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanic); • ANRE authorization (represents an advantage); • At least 1 year of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance activities in production; • Knowledge of equipment, electrical drives (reading, interpretation and execution of electrical diagrams) and automation; • The ability to react quickly and make the right decisions, taking responsibility for your actions; • The ability to organize and plan activities individually; • Flexibility, good communication skills and team spirit; • Knowledge of PC operation: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
