We are looking for a

Junior Buyer

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania
Business unit / Division: Coils and Linear Drives

As a Junior Buyer, you will interact with different teams across our Operational Platform in the supply chain and procurement processes, under the guidelines of senior colleagues. You will be in close contact with our partners and suppliers to assure deliverables as a key-person that maintains and grows relationships between companies.

What are your responsibilities?

• Assist senior by placing purchasing orders for materials and raw materials;
• Track purchases from suppliers, and when needed, offer support to ensure delivery by deadline;
• Maintain and update ERP to ensure accuracy of information on internal channels;
• Collect and analyze data for different reports, as instructed by senior;
• Maintain a good relationship with the suppliers and internal organization;
• Other responsibilities depending on projects and workflow.

What your background should look like?

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in purchasing, logistics or sales;
• University degree or College degree (Business/ Economics/ technical field);
• Good MS Office level (Word, PowerPoint etc), especially Excel;
• Good English communication skills (both oral and written);
• Good communication and persuasion skills overall;
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy while working under deadlines;
• Experience in working with an ERP is a plus (SaP/ Oracle,etc);
