Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Cluj-Napoca

As Inside Sales Specialist Coils & Linear Drives division, you will offer support and guidance to customers regarding deliveries, order progress, complaints and repair jobs. You will work in an international environment, together with colleagues from Romania and the Netherlands and you’ll make sure to keep our customers satisfied by supporting the on-time delivery of high-tech products.

What we expect?

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position (Sales/Customer Service support)
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability
  • Microsoft Office, SAP ERP, Salesforce knowledge
  • English – reading, writing and speaking on an advanced level
  • Technical knowledge (Mechanical) is a plus
  • Pro-active approach on solving matters and finding solutions
  • Willingness to learn and develop

The activities consist of:

  • Act as a first point of contact for our high-tech customers
  • Be in the lead regarding deliveries, order progress, warranty claims, complaints and repair requests
  • Order handling: process all customer communication in the SAP/CRM system, delays/accelerations, forecasts, delivery times
  • Prepare and follow-up on open quotes
