Electronics Engineer (m/w/d)

Cluj-Napoca, Romania

As Electronic Engineer (Sustaining Department), you will be responsible to design, develop, evaluate, and maintain electronic systems and components according to change proposals from the Engineering Change Notes.

What we expect?

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering – Technical University
  • Technical knowledge about electronics mandatory, mechanical knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with power supplies or coils is considered an advantage
  • Experience in design recommended
  • Knowledge of the following tools: Altium, Eagle, CAD, SAP and Microsoft Office is considered an advantage
  • English level – Advanced
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

The activities consist of:

  • Work on ECNs (Engineering Change Notes) to modify components and functions for the released products
  • Design, develop, evaluate, and maintain electronic systems and components
  • Prepare design documentation and engineering specifications according to company standards
  • Provide technical support in design and development of electronic systems
  • Review and recommend changes to existing designs to improve performance and quality
  • Change product documentation based on supplier request, customer and internal requirements
  • Check, change and test obsolete components
  • Perform improvements in internal and external processes, as well as in released products
