What we expect?

We expect you to have a Bachelor / Master background in finance.
With your organizational, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills, you will help improve the internal processes.
As we are part of a listed company knowledge of IFRS is a must.
Two to five years’ experience within a Big Four company, as well working knowledge of SAP are a plus.

The activities consist of:

In close cooperation with the Leadership Team, the job will focus on optimizing financial operations, internal processes and management information. Supporting the leadership team with delivering correct, complete, accurate and on time information in accordance with applicable law and regulations. This includes:

  • Preparation of monthly-, quarterly- , and annual reports for our NL subconsolidation which includes the NL and RO entities;
  • Performing tasks related to product costing, inventory administration, sales reports, fixed assets and project administration of the assigned operating companies (NL and RO) and production sites;
  • Pilot new initiatives using digital capabilities to develop our business intelligence;
  • Supporting and monitoring budgeting processes;
  • Leading and coaching of the finance department and manage the effectiveness of the team;
  • Executing continuous improvement projects including ad hoc projects with corporate finance on group level;
  • Advising, analysing and supporting management.
